The Army's 3rd Infantry Division strengthen its claims on innocence as the Philippine National Police (PNP) preliminary investigation findings surfaces that the tragic and merciless killings of four members of the Fausto Family in Himamaylan City were perpetrated by CPP-NPA terrorists (CNTs).
This significant breakthrough is not only a relief to the grieving families of the victims but also to the 3rd Infantry Division (3ID). The troops under 3ID has been unjustly accused by the CNTs and its allied groups, desperately attempted to shift blame to conceal their own culpability.
The PNP's investigation is founded upon credible witness accounts and concrete evidences, in stark firm contrast to the falsehoods and deceitful claims propagated by the CNTs and their associates out of sheer desperation.
As the defenders of the people and the legitimate armed forces, the 3ID pledge their unwavering commitment to collaborate and exert significant efforts and eventual contributions to PNP, committing their full support particularly to uphold human rights and bring the perpetrators to justice.
