In spite of persistent disruptive attacks from remnants of the New People's Army (NPA), the government's security forces, together with dedicated agencies and local government units, persist in advancing development projects aimed at enhancing the quality of life for residents in previously NPA-held regions. Our unwavering dedication to progress prevails, demonstrating resilience in the face of adversity. Together, we are constructing a more promising future for our communities.
