Sumuko ang isa sa mga nasa wanted list na NPA na inilabas kamakailan ng PTF ELCAC. Si Ka Shin/Shane na isang dating batang mandirigma ay nagsimula sa kilusan sa edad na 14. Siya at ang kanyang ina at mga kapatid ay sapilitang kinuha ng grupong Karapatan- Southern Tagalog na pinangunahan ni Glendell Malabanan upang mamundok sa Palawan.
