SIBUCO, Zamboanga Del Norte (DWDD) – Authorities recover various firearms from a residence in Barangay Cabunan, Sibuco, Zamboanga Del Norte.

 

According to reports reaching the Headquarters, 1st Infantry “Tabak” Division, a section of Alpha Company, 42nd Infantry Battalion (42IB) under 2LT Nestor P Tecson Jr PA and 1section of 905th Mobile Company, Regional Mobile Force Battalion 9 under Police Senior Inspector Allan Benedict R Rosete while conducting combat operations recovered one improvised 7.62mm M14 rifle; one improvised shotgun; one magazine of M14 rifle; one jungle pack and one Battle Dress Attire camouflage.

The war materials and other effects were recovered at the house of a certain Jerwin Villio @DONGDONG, a member of Lawless Elements under @Jahal group at the vicinity Barangay Cabunan, Sibuco, Zamboanga Del Norte.

Government troops continued scouring the area for other war materials. 1DPAO / MCAG
