From the Northern Luzon Command (NOLCOM) Facebook Page (Apr 29, 2023): LOOK|| Ilocos Norte Community Benefits from Joint Military Efforts in Construction of Health Care Center
The Armed Forces of the Philippines and the United States Armed Forces' 38th Balikatan Exercises have constructed a Health Care Center in Brgy San Joaquin, Sarrat, Ilocos Norte, providing essential medical assistance to the community. This was made possible through the joint effort of the Philippine Army and the United States Army Pacific.The newly-built facility was turned over to the local government of Brgy San Joaquin, Sarrat, Ilocos Norte, on Friday, April 28, 2023 with the attendance of COMMO KARL A DECAPIA, PN, Deputy Commander of NOLCOM and other stakeholders.
The Balikatan forces' commitment to breaking barriers and building bridges, providing much-needed assistance to the communities they serve, is exemplified by the newly-constructed Health Care Center.
