Pag-abot sa pwersa sa mga sundalo sa Sitio Tubuhon, Barangay Bugsukan, Butuan City nahitabo ang 40 minutos nga giyera batok sa gibana-banaang 10 ka miyembro sa NPA nga gipangulohan ni Arnel Baguis alyas Dindo/Kadoy/Anok sa Sandatahang Yunit Propaganda 21c, Guerilla Front 21, Northeastern Mindanao Regional Committee.
