LOOK: The Civil-Military Operations Regiment (CMOR), in collaboration with the US Civil Affairs and various donors, successfully transported and handed-over donated school supplies to the pupils of Pag-Asa Elementary School in the Municipality of Kalayaan, Palawan, on January 5, 2023. This was made possible with the support of the Philippine Navy Vessel BRP Gregorio del Pilar for the safe transportation of the donations.This initiative is a joint project of CMOR and the US Civil Affairs Team, and anchored with the Regiment's Community Education Program in support of the Government's National Civil Affairs Program, which aims to improve the accessibility of far-flung communities to quality education by means of connecting them to the mainstream society and delivering basic government services.
