ZAMBOANGA CITY (DWDD) – LTC Rolando P Gomez INF (GSC) PA, Commanding Officer together with 1LT Romeo G Gumiran (INF) PA, CO ‘Alpha’ Company and Staff Officers of this unit visited CAFGU Active Auxillairy Detachments at Sitio Simariki, Brgy Talon-talon and Sta. Cruz Island, Brgy Sta. Barbara, both of Zamboanga City.

The visit aimed to check their combat readiness, capabilities, camp defense, and morale and welfare. It also aimed to brief them about the present security situation and the Community Support Programs (CSP) which the Battalion intends to do this year.
