DWDD: GOLD TRAILBLAZER | 2ID awarded the Army Governance Pathway Institutionalized

RICARTE HALL, Fort Andres Bonifacio, Taguig (DWDD) – Another feather was added to the hat of 2nd Infantry (Jungle Fighter) Division under the sterling leadership of MGen Rhoderick M Parayno as it was awarded the Army Governance Pathway Institutionalized Status with Gold Trailblazer on November 29 at Ricarte Hall, Philippine Army Officers’ Clubhouse, Fort Bonifacio Metro Manila during the Army Governance Forum.

The award was received by no less than Commander 2ID MGen Parayno with 2ID Chief GSMO, Col Jose Augusto V Villareal. This is for demonstrating commitment to pursue genuine transformation and reform as manifested by its exemplary progress in governance and strategy management and for successfully complying with the elements under the Army Governance Pathway.



Also awarded with Army Governance Pathway Proficient Status with Gold Trailblazer were 201st Brigade under Col Elias H Escarcha and 202nd Brigade under BGen Arnulfo Marcelo B Burgos Jr.

“There is no rocket science formula in achieving the institutionalized status.” remarked MGen Parayno in his message.

“What we did was just to let our jungle fighters know and appreciate their roles in our transformation roadmap.” MGen Parayno added.
