ITBAYAT, Batanes (DWDD) – The AFP Northern Luzon Command (NOLCOM) held the unveiling of the miniature replica Fisherman’s Shelter for Mavulis Island in Itbayat, Batanes on November 24, 2017.
The command also conducted Gift-giving to children, a community boodle fight, a Dental and Optha Mission and a dialogue with the Fisher Folk. NOLCOM PIO / MCAG
