The members of the MNLF-GPH Implementing Panels met informally at the Waterfront Insular Hotel in Davao City, yesterday night, February 9, 2017, and agreed to convene the Formal Meeting of the MNLF-GPH IMPLEMENTING PANELS at the same venue on February 23 to 24, 2017 to ventilate on how to fast track the implementation of the MNLF-OIC-GPH Peace Agreements.
