TROOPS VISIBILTY DOES NOT MEAN MILITARIZATION. The conduct of humanitarian assistance disaster relief (HADR) missions is the main role of the military in the government's ongoing efforts against the onslaught of the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19).
