JTF TALA SEIZES 3 TERRORIST REBELS IN CAGAYAN
Camp Aquino, Tarlac City- Northern Luzon Command’s Joint Task Force TALA conducted a joint law enforcement operation with the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group-Region II, Police Regional Office- Region 2 PRO2, and Cagayan Police Provincial Office CPPO in Tuguegarao City, Cagayan in the early evening of October 08, 2019.
The operations resulted in the apprehension of 3 Communist NPA Terrorist (CNT) Leaders of Northern Front, Cagayan Valley Regional Committee that operates in the province of Cagayan.

The operations resulted in the apprehension of 3 Communist NPA Terrorist (CNT) Leaders of Northern Front, Cagayan Valley Regional Committee that operates in the province of Cagayan.
Apprehended personalities were named as Violeta Ricardo "ISSA", Cristeta Miguel Garcia "SENYANG", and Delilah Padilla "DOMAY Saganay" who all have several impending warrants of arrest for the following criminal cases like; Assault, Murder, Frustrated Murder, Attempted Murder, Robbery and of the likes.
Said personalities were proven to be affiliated to the Communist Terrorist Group (CTG), the New People’s Army (NPA) that uses lives of innocent people as instruments for their deception, manipulation, extortion, and violence to overthrow the government, and to obliterate the peace and harmony within the borders of Northern Luzon.
Commander NOLCOM, LTGEN RAMIRO MANUEL A REY commends the unwavering and coordinated efforts of “JTF TALA” troops and the law enforcement agencies involved the successful conduct of this operation. He said “I am congratulating our troops with their immediate action on reports of the community and the people for reporting the presence of NPAs in their locality. EO 70 "whole of nation approach" works and the people now understand that the fight against the CPP/NPA/NDF is everybody's concern”
LTGEN REY also encourages the public to help our government in ending communist insurgency and not to be afraid to report any suspicious activities to their respective authorities in their areas. “Let us all stand as ONE NATION in ending this altruistic communist rebellion” he added.
In sync with the National Task Force To End Local Communist Armed Conflict ( NTF ELCAC) under EO 70- Whole of Nation Approach, NOLCOM will continue to pursue its mission to ward off threats to the well-being of the people and state, and will relentlessly do its best efforts in abolishing the discredited and irrelevant communist movement.
