MANILA (DWDD) – Inviting all soldiers, families, friends and other stakeholders to nominate your candidate for the Search of The Outstanding Philippine Soldiers (TOPS) 2018. Last day of submission is extended up to 14 March 2018. Winners shall receive ₱1 Million cash prize and an honorable recognition of being one of the ten Metrobank Foundation “The Outstanding Filipinos 2018” Award. TOPS2018 / MCAG
