CAMP AGUINALDO, Quezon City—General Romeo Brawner Jr, Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, led the donning of ranks ceremony for five recently promoted senior military officers on January 22 here.The honored officers were MGen Jesus Nelson Morales, Commander of the Presidential Security Command; BGen Romulo Quemado II, Deputy Commander for External Defense Operations, WESCOM; BGen Eliglen Villaflor, Commander of Joint Special Operations Group; BGen Ronaldo Juan, Deputy Commander of the Presidential Security Command; and BGen Daniel Tansip, Chief Chaplain Service AFP.
“This donning of ranks ceremony is a time-honored tradition of recognizing the well-earned promotions of our military leaders, highlighting the principle of meritocracy that the AFP upholds and instills across its ranks.
