206 members of the communist group surrendered voluntarily to the military after twenty-seven (27) years of fighting the government. "Community Surrender and Declaration of Rejection Against the CPP-NPA-NDF" held at Balimba Hills Activity Center, JBL, Brgy. Sto. Nifo, Talaingod, Davao del Norte on February 28th this year.
