THE 1st Infantry Division (ID), the premier command of the Philippine Army, has assigned a new Assistant Division Commander for Reservist and Retiree Affairs (ADC-RRA).

Divinagracia replaced Brigadier General Jose Randolf Sino Cruz, who was installed as the 1ID’s Assistant Division Commander on October 12, 2021.
Major General Generoso Ponio, 1ID commander, who presided over the change of chief of office ceremony, presented a command plaque and awarded Military Merit Medal to Sino Cruz for his meritorious and invaluable achievements.
Ponio said that the various activities conducted by Sino Cruz’s office were efficaciously fulfilled, thereby contributing to the Command’s mission accomplishment pertaining to reservist and retiree affairs and strengthening the reserve force.

The functions of the ADC-RRA is to assist the Land Component Command on the employment of the Reserve Force, assist in the integration training of Ready Reserve Units, support the implementation of Mobilization Exercises, and support the Reserve Officer Training Course or ROTC programs of the RCDG in the area, among others.
Divinagracia was previously assigned as the deputy commander of the Army’s 102nd Infantry Brigade, one of the brigades under the jurisdiction of the 1ID.
