PUERTO PRINSESA, Palawan (DWDD) – The Navy Human Rights Mobile Advocacy Team, headed by Navy Captain Art Sahagon PN (MNSA), targeted Philippine Marine Corps (PMC) units deployed in the island of Palawan for the 5th Leg of the Philippine Navy Human Rights, IHL and Rule of Law Advocacy Lecture Series 2018.





The NHRMAT extended their sincerest appreciation to the Commander, 3rd Marine Brigade, Brigadier General Nathaniely Casem AFP, and the Commanding Officers of the 4th and 12th Marine Battalions, for their units’ active participation during this week-long activity.
