Flanked by his generals in Butig, Lanao del Sur, President Rodrigo Duterte offers the Maute group and MILF commander Abduhraman Macapaar alias Commander Bravo the olive branch of peace in Butig town, Lanao del Sur on Tuesday (30 Nov2016).
