PUIC/OIC STATEMENT ON THE PARIS INCIDENT:
The Secretary General of the Parliamentary Union of the OIC Member States (PUIC) Prof. Mahmud Erol KILIÇ strongly condemns and denounces the terrorist attack which targeted innocent people in Paris Capital city of the Republic of France, yesterday 9 January 2015, by a criminal group. Muslims unequivocally denounce any terrorist action, whoever this source ...may be, and whether it is from inside or outside the Islamic world. Muslims demand the entire world to internationally incriminate such horrid atrocities. No group of people should dare to give itself the excuse to commit such evil actions against the innocent people. This heinous crime is a clear proof of the incessant endeavours of criminal elements to kindle the fires of sedition in all parts of the Islamic world in order to serve the enemies of Islam. While offering sincere condolences to the French people as well as the families of the victims and the French Parliament, the PUIC General Secretariat wishes all of them solace and patience in the face of such a tragedy. 8 January 2015.
