Aside from relief goods, troopers from the above-mentioned unit also provided free dental services and medical consultations to the beneficiaries, 8th Infantry Division spokesperson Capt. Amado Gutierrez said in a report forwarded Thursday.
Gutierrez said 878 individuals from Barangay Roxas, Giporlos town; Barangay Sta. Rosa, Balangiga and Barangay 10, Poblacion, Lawaan, all of Eastern Samar, benefited from this charitable activity.

Beneficiaries were also given chocolates donated by students of Montessori International School of Arizona, USA.
In the medical missions conducted by the 8th Infantry Division, 301 persons were provided with free medical services while another 147 were given dental aid.
