KUTA MAJOR CESAR I SANG-AN, Labangan, Zamboanga Del Sur (DWDD) – Two hundred ninety one (291) new Candidate Soldiers and four Privates took oath as military recruits composing the Candidate Soldier Course Classes 567-2018 and 568 – 2018 at the Headquarters of 1st Infantry “Tabak” Division, Philippine Army on 20 August 2018.

 

The Opening Ceremony of the Candidate Soldiers was formally graced by Brigadier General Jacinto R Bareng AFP, Assistant Division Commander for Operations as the Guest Speaker.

The 291 Army aspirants is composed of 264 males and 27 females which comprised the second batch of this year’s candidate soldiers program of the Army.

One of them is a female Maranao from Butig, Lanao del Sur. They will undergo rigid training in the next 14 weeks at the Division Training School (DTS). 1IDPAO / MCAG
