NAVAL STATION ROMULO ESPALDON, Zamboanga City (DWDD) – The Center for Naval Leadership and Excellence (CNLE), visited the dynamic and diverse City of Zamboanga last 16-17 August 2018 for the Sail Plan Cascading 2018 held at the Naval Forces Western Mindanao, Naval Station Romulo Espaldon.

Around 40 Philippine Navy (PN) personnel from organic and operational control units have gathered for the two-day activity which featured lectures, workshop, and plenary discussion on the Sail Plan.

One of the participants of the activity, Ms. Julpha D. Angeles CE, shared her insights on the Sail Plan Cascading emphasizing the significance of individual contributions in the unity, solidarity, and oneness of the Navy in achieving its vision of becoming strong and credible.

To ensure that everyone is on board the Navy’s pursuit for genuine transformation, the PN, through CNLE annually conducts the Sail Plan Cascading to enhance the alignment of all PN Units to the Headquarters Level and ensure the proper implementation of the strategy. NFWM / MCAG
