NORTHWESTERN UNIVERSITY, Laoag City (DWDD) – The Naval Forces Northern Luzon (NFNL) Assistant Chief of Staff for Civil Military Operations (CMO), Lieutenant Commander Rodney P. Cudal gave the orientation to 30 naval reservists of the 711st Marine Reserve Company in order for them to know the CMO fundamentals, the role of CMO, the NFNL CMO programs and activities, and the basics of inter-agency coordination.
