NAVAL STATION JOSE ANDRADA, Roxas Boulevard, Manila (DWDD) – The Philippine Navy (PN), through the Flag Officer In Command, Vice Admiral Robert A. Empedrad, signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for bay dredging and other reclamation projects with the Philippine Reclamation Authority (PRA), represented by its General Manager and CEO, Atty.
