A Filipino-Japanese member of the Communist Terrorist Group (CTG) was captured by the joint forces of PNP Region 2 and 17th Infantry Battalion, Philippine Army in a clearing operation conducted at 11:30 a.m. today, February 14.

The so-called rebel alias “Brown” is a former student in a big university in Manila and the wife of a alias “Dessa”, a member of KOMPROB Isabela under the leadership of Commander “Rannie”.

Remember that there was an encounter between the military and fifteen members of the leftist group at around 3:30 in the afternoon of February 13 in Sitio Nangbaggayan, Sta. Margarita, Baggao, Cagayan where the exchange of shots lasted almost 30 minutes.
