Sitio Ibuan, Brgy Mampi Lanuza, Surigao del Sur as one of the pilot beneficiaries of Poverty Reduction, Livelihood and Employment Cluster, this province sees the light of hope and prosperity during the Mass Graduation and Inauguration of nterprise village held at the said place last Oct 1, 2019.

It can be recalled that Sitio Ibuan has a deep history of CPP-NPA infiltration which led them to be the stronghold in Northeastern Mindanao, particularly in the province of Surigao del Sur.
