VADM RENE V MEDINA AFP, Commander WESCOM visited Joint Task Force Malampaya (JTFM) last Saturday, 23 March 2019 and presided the Change of Command Ceremony of JTFM.
Military Officers, civic leaders, and enlisted personnel witnessed the remarkable event to honor BGEN LAURO N TIANCHON AFP, the Outgoing Commander and to welcome CAPT RENATO P DAVID PN (GSC) the newly posted Commander.
VADM MEDINA recognized the sterling accomplishments and service of BGEN TIANCHON during his term... as C,JTFM. Likewise, he expressed his confidence in the leadership of CAPT DAVID to bring the unit to new pinnacles of excellence in securing peace and progress in the AOR.
