CAMP GEN EMILIO AGUINALDO, Quezon City (DWDD) – Awards and Recognition were conferred to various units and officials of the Civil Relations Service (CRS) Armed Forces of the Philippines.
LTC Emmanuel Garcia, Operations Officer, CRS AFP (OC3) received the Pillars of Youth Leadership Award in recognition of his skills and expertise in Public Service during the 12th Alumni Night of the National Youth Parliament at the Water Front Hotel, Davao City, last October 24, 2018.
At the same time, the Senate of the Philippines recognized the 7th Civil Relations Group (7CRG) together with Joint Task Force NCR (JTF NCR) for their commitment and dedication in the support of the “Kabalikat Blood-Letting Program” in support of the National Blood Services Act.
Meanwhile, DWDD 1134 KHz AM – Your Katropa Radio will be recognized by the Rotary Club of Manila – Quiapo Central for being an active partner in the promotion of Peace and Inter-Religious Understanding particularly as a broadcast institution responsible for dissemination of information and communication through radio and virtual television during their 8th Chartered Anniversary and 7th handover and Induction Ceremony at the Great Eastern Hotel, Quezon Avenue, Quezon City.
These series of events and awards is a testimony to the important role being played by CRS AFP, as a unit under the Armed Forces of the Philippines. AES / MCAG
