NAVAL STATION JOSE ANDRADA, Roxas Blvd., Manila (DWDD) – Two Philippine Navy (PN) senior officers were promoted to the rank of Commodore / Brigadier General in a donning of rank ceremony administered by the Flag Officer In Command, PN Vice Adm. Robert A. Empedrad, on May 16, 2018 at Headquarters Philippine Navy in Roxas Boulevard, Manila.

Getting their first stars are now BGen. Ariel R. Caculitan, the Commander of Combat Support Service Brigade of the Philippine Marine Corps; and Commo. Antonio C. Palces, the Commander, Sealift Amphibious Force of the Philippine Fleet. NPAO / MCAG
