The United Youth for Peace and Development (UNYPAD) Inc., the largest Bangsamoro youth organization in the Philippines will hold its 6th General Assembly on April 29-May 01, 2016 at Pikit Central Elementary School, Pikit Cotabato.
Invited guests to share their insights in relation with the theme are Mohagher Iqbal, MILF peace panel Chair and also chair of Bangsamoro Transition Commission (BTC), Grand Mufti Abuhurayra Udasan, Maj. Gen. Datuk Wira Zamrose, Head of IMT–Mindanao Mission 11, Hon. Sittie Djaliya Turabin-Hataman of Anak Mindanao (AMIN) party-list North Cotabato provincial board members Hon. Dulia Sultan and Hon. Kelly U. Antato.
Third Party Monitoring Team (TPMT) members headed by Former European Union Ambassador to the Philippines Alistair Mc Donald are expected to attend on the second day.
Assembly agenda are: Review and adoption of the existing constitution and by-laws, and adoption of Vision, Mission, Goals and Objectives, presentation and adoption of structure and review of programs and services and formulation and adoption of youth declaration urging the GPH to fully implement the CAB and pass the BBL in the 17th Congress.
The most important part of the assembly is the delivery of the State of Youth Affairs (SOYA) by President Dr. Rahib L. Kudto who will report to members of the assembly the achievements of the organization as well as present his proposed plan of action for the organization in the coming years.
