Three people were killed after the black Toyota Hilux
(YI-7159) they were riding weshot up by still unidentified men at Purok 2,
Barangay Usab, Masbate
City
Capt. Mardjorie Paimela Panesa, 9th Infantry Division
spokesperson said the incident happened at about 12:10 p.m. Saturday, adding
that the victims remained unidentified as of this posting.
Panesa said that the black Toyota Hilux was passing through
the area when gunned down by heavily-armed men aboard a white Hi-Ace van.
The gunmen immediately fled after the shooting.
Pursuit operations are now being conducted by government
security forces.
