Iriberri paid a visit to the officers and enlisted personnel of the
Maguindanao-based 6th Infantry Division on Monday.
Capt. Jo-ann Petinglay, 6th Infantry Division spokesperson,
said Iriberri's visit was connected withsituation updates on the ongoing joint
law enforcement operations of Task Force "Kampilan" against the
Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Fighters (BIFF).
Aside from that, the PA commander also decorated the
military personnel who were wounded in Sunday's clash with BIFF splinter
groups.
He also led the inauguration of the new and refurbished
facilities of the 6th Infantry Division -- the Kampilan Water Station, SM Transient
Quarter, and Presidential Cottage.
Iriberri also decorated deserving officers and enlisted
personnel who risked their lives in the conduct of law enforcement operations
against the BIFF.
