Students tour the BRP Ramon Alcaraz (PF-16), the biggest and newest warship of the Philippine Navy. The warship is now docked at the Cebu International Port, where it is being refueled. The ship is set to return to the West Philippine Sea after standing by in case of an emergency during the recent visit of Pope Francis to the Philippines. RALPH PIEZAS
