SAN FERNANDO CITY, La Union — Two former members of the New People’s Army (NPA) who surrendered to the La Union Police Provincial Office in Camp Diego Silang, here, last Monday was assured yesterday of livelihood and financial support from the government.
Senior Superintendent Ramon Rafael, La Union PPO director, said the rebels – identified only as “Ka Arnel” and “Ka Jumar,” have qualified for the Comprehensive Local Integration Program (CLIP).
