The 5th Fighter Wing personnel participated in the Subject Matter Expert Exchange (SMEE) regarding Maintenance Training and Schooling for different Aircraft Systems headed by MAJ JENIVIE D MARAMO PAF Squadron Commander, 432nd Technical Training Squadron last 19 April 2023 at 410th MW, Clark Air Base, Mabalacat City, Pampanga.

The following are the topics discussed at the SMEE: Field training Detachment, Hot Training, Upgrade Training, Annual Training and Documentation Training.

The purpose of the SMEE was to discuss potential collaborative development efforts between the Philippine Air Force (PAF), through the 5th Fighter Wing, and the United States Air Force (USAF), particularly in Unit training and their requirements.
