Operating forces under Western Command together with the Puerto Princesa City Police Office, and Palawan Provincial Police Office conducted Joint Law Enforcement/ checkpoint operation at Barangay San Jose, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan that resulted to the arrest of Domingo Ritas, one of the top NPA leaders in Palawan, and 6 other NPA members last October 4, 2019.
