From DWDD AFP Civil Relations Service Radio Website (May 5): NPA Tortures and Kills Motorcycle Driver in Bukidnon
New Peoples Army (NPA) tortured and killed an innocent civilian last Wednesday, May 3, 2017, in San Fernando, Bukidnon to spread fear throughout the community and the province.
Communist Terrorists tortured and killed a motorcycle (habal-habal) driver last Wednesday at Sitio Salumayag Halapitan. The victim was a certain Aldrich Luther Agbayani, 19 years of age.
According to the police reports, the victim was found hogtied lying at the grassy portion of the said place.
The AFP condemns such acts of violence perpetrated by the NPA against the civilian populace. This cowardly act is fueled by terrorism to hasten their extortion and not ideology anymore for they have grown weak and they are now desperate. Killing one would send a message to everyone, forcing the whole community to give in to their demands. (8IB, 4ID, LT BUGARIN)
