DAVAO CITY (DWDD) – “Leaders are not born, they are made. A person becomes a leader not because he is told to be one, but because he chooses to be one and develop himself to become one”.
This was the message given by Lieutenant General Rey Leonardo during the Youth for Peace Congress in Felis Resort, Davao City after he was invited by the Youth Organizer to be the Guest of Honor and Speaker during the Opening Ceremony of the activity on April 28, 2017.
The activity was attended to by 100 youth leaders from Regions X, XI, XII and XIII
