To ensure sufficient ammunition at its disposal, the Philippine Navy (PN) announced that it is looking for suppliers capable of supplying it with 693,366 rounds of 7.62mm ball linked ammunition. This is used to arm the PN’s sniper rifles and light machine guns.
Budget for this procurement is placed at PHP26,403,356.63.
Winning bidders are required to deliver the items within 240 calendar days.
Pre-bid conference is on Nov. 3, 8:00 a.m. at the Office of the PN Bids and Awards Committee, Naval Station Jose Francisco, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City.
