So what are these people's members of the Nation, Town Muna, Anakbayan, ACT, NUPL, KMU etc about the fascist and tyrant of our government? What is this they are shouting against the advancement of the Anti Terror Act (ATA)? MAYBE is against the constitution? Or maybe it's against the CPP's constitution because it's clear to ATA that the law allows protest, advocacy, strike, and other human rights to a democratic government. While they are clearly prohibited in a Democratic dictatorship town being promoted to CPP
Constitution.
Let's read the constitution of CPP so we won't be FAKE news by the liars who are fighting ATA. This is in Tagalog to understand easily.
