From DWDD AFP Civil Relations Service Radio Website (Feb 5): PURE TERRORISM | NPA no different from ISIS after beheading CAFGU
MANILA (DWDD) – President and AFP Commander in Chief Rodrigo Duterte compared the Communist New People’s Army to the terrorist group Daesh – ISIS after its members reportedly beheaded a member of the Citizen Armed Force Geographical Unit (CAFGU).
According to the Armed Forces of the Philippines, Manobo CAFGU Mar Acebedo Bocales was reportedly beheaded by Communist Terrorist in San Miguel, Surigao del Sur last January 29. His body also showed signs of torture.
“They beheaded Bocales who already surrendered. He went to the fields from his home to look for something to eat. So what’s the—what makes them different from the ISIS and kidnappers? That’s their kind of justice,” Duterte said in Visayan.
