ROXAS, Zamboanga Del Norte, (DWDD) – The Local Government Unit of President Manuel A. Roxas, Zamboanga del Norte in partnership with the 53rd Infantry (Matapat) Battalion conducted a four day Youth Leadership Seminar with the theme: “Molding the youth as a catalyst for peace and development” held at the Municipal Gymnasium, Poblacion, Roxas, Zamboanga Del Norte on February 2-5, 2018.
The seminar ended with a Closing Ceremony with Hon. Jan Hendrik I. Vallecer, Municipal Mayor as the Guest of Honor and Speaker together with Lt. Col. Marlowe E. Patria, Commanding Officer, 53rd IB, 1ID, PA. 53IB / MCAG
