President Rodrigo Duterte will make history as the
first-ever Philippine President to set foot at the Camp Macario Peralta of the
3rd Infantry (Spearhead) Division (3ID) in Jamindan, Capiz.

He will be meeting with the spearhead troops like what he
did in other camps.
While anticipating his arrival, Lim said that “his
(President Duterte's) mere presence is already a great morale booster” for them.
