The Philippine Army (PA) is looking for manufacturers capable of supplying it with 294,522 rounds of 7.62mm linked match cartridges for its light machine guns and sniper rifles.

Budget for the project is placed at PHP29,893,983. The 7.62mm round is used both by infantry and on mounted and crew-served weapons mounted to vehicles, aircraft and ships.

Pre-bid conference is on June 29, 9:00 a.m. at the Bids and Awards Committee Conference Room, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City, PA BAC Secretariat head Cmdr. Demetrio A. Calderon said.
