A family of three foreigners was kidnapped by gunmen from a bar in Isabela City, Basilan late Thursday night, police said on Friday.
Reports reaching Campe Crame said Kashmar Iraham, 48, his wife Dina Lim, 46, and their daughter Yahong, 18, were seized by at least 10 men dressed in camouflage fatigues from the Dalbi Videoke Bar in Isabela’s port area around 9:45 p.m.
The three were then forced into a pump boat.
The reports did not give the nationality of the victims nor did it identify which group had staged the abduction.
