From ABS-CBN (May 23): Blast rocks mall in Pagadian City
An explosion occurred at the parking area of Gaisano Mall in Pagadian City Thursday afternoon, police said.
Initial investigations showed that an improvised explosive device was planted inside one of the parked vehicles.
No one was reported hurt in the incident, as of posting, but several vehicles were damaged.
Police have yet to determine the type of explosive used and the motive behind the attack.
