IN PHOTOS: Cagayan Valley PTF ELCAC led by Governor Manuel N. Mamba presents 20 Former Rebels with 22 Firearms in a simple ceremony today. Included in those who surrendered to government are former activists Cedric Casano and Patricia Cierva who were maliciously reported by CPP NPA NDF Legal Fronts as "Abducted" by government forces.
