SAVING WOUNDED NPA COMBATANT. The Local Government Unit of Agusan del Norte under the leadership of Governor Dale B. Corvera lauded the effort of the troops of the 29th Infantry “Matatag” Battalion for their exemplary commitment and dedication to rescue a wounded NPA combatant last November 2, 2019.
Gov. Corvera visited the wounded NPA at Butuan Medical Center, evidence that the government truly supports those NPAs who choose to surrender and desire to return to the folds of the law.
