Think twice before joining National Students’ Youth Camp

Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Secretary Eduardo Año on Thursday called on the youth to be more discerning before joining the series of events organized by an alliance of student councils in line with the observance of the National Students’ Day this month.

Año noted that the 1st National Students’ Youth Camp which will be held on November 16-17 as well as the series of events from November 11-21 in several campuses of the University of the Philippines are not being endorsed by the National Youth Commission (NYC), the agency mandated under the law to lead the annual activities for the National Students’ Day.
